When I fall ….

When I fall let me fall without regret, like a leaf.
 
We are all going to stumble and fail. Those are the lessons that our lives are built upon. Yet for some reason we are so quick to attach shame to our failures. For me, that shame can cause more anguish than the failure itself. The ability to hold your failures lightly give you the ability to really look at them, learn from them… grow from them.
 
May this piece be a reminder to hold yourself like leaf in the midst of the hard lessons.
